Content Audits
Reduce, reuse, recycle. Sometimes you don’t need a suite of new content - you need to make sure that what you’ve already got is working as hard as it can for you. I will review your existing live content, and anything else that you’ve got in your arsenal, looking for opportunities to improve SEO in the content, new content titles and series development, ensuring the message is clear and relevant to your target audience, and even build you a content inventory/management system so you can easily identify which content you have at your fingertips to plug gaps in your posting schedule.
Content Strategy
So there’s two different ways of looking at strategy: from the beginning, and the ‘halfway’ point.

Beginning
You know you want to write about certain topics but you're not quite sure what exactly. I'll work with you and devise a pillar page around one of your key themes, and suggest titles for supporting content. This can also be done for blogs and other content formats.

Halfway
You already have some or all of your content, but you have content gaps and unstructured distribution. I will look at what content you have in play across the sales funnel and highlight any areas for improvement (and maybe some new content types and titles, too!).

The strategy will include clear measures for success, distribution channels, and frequency. This can also feed into your activity and campaign plan.
Editing and Proofreading
Maybe creating the content isn’t your challenge, but editing and refining is. I first got into creating copy through editing and proofreading work for my friends as I have a hawk-eye for detail and know how to be concise when describing concepts. Send me your piece of content along with the expectations and intended readership of the content, and I’ll work my magic to polish it into its final form. My top tip here would be to always write more than you think you need as it’s easier to remove and amalgamate sections than come up with information to add in that is rehashing ideas you’ve already presented. Or ideas that just don’t fit into the body copy, that too.
